You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been processed. Simply contact our support team via email to request cancellation.

We do not support address changes once the order is placed. If you need to update details, please cancel the current order (if eligible) and place a new one.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, you may return the product after delivery, following our Return and Refund Policy.

We will notify you via email once your cancellation is processed and your refund is initiated, usually within 5 to 7 business days.

We deliver to all pin codes across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Delivery typically takes between 3 to 8 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.

If delivery cannot be completed due to issues like incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You can then request a re-delivery.

We do not provide live tracking at this time, but you will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Return requests should be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us your return request along with your order ID and reason for return. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please include photos for faster processing.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item has minor damage or missing packaging, based on our assessment.
