We want to make the return process simple and straightforward if you need to send back any products. 

Eligibility for Returns 

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, complete with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. 
 

Please make sure to return all tags, labels, and boxes in the same condition as you received them. Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return. 
 

Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the date you receive your order. Requests made after this period may not be eligible. 

How to Initiate a Return 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Email your return request, including your Order ID and reason for return, to appforgeitsolutionspvtltd@gmail.com. 
 

Step 2: Provide Supporting Photos 

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos showing the issue to help us speed up the process. 
 

Step 3:  Follow Return Instructions 

Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. 
 

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines. 

Refund Process and Timeline 

After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you of the refund approval or rejection. 
 

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is completed. 

Partial Refunds 

In cases where an item only partially meets our return criteria—such as minor damage or missing packaging—we may offer a partial refund at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include clear photos or videos of the issue when contacting us by email. 
 

We will work promptly to resolve the matter through a replacement or refund.
